I checked the 1900 census and found a granddaughter, Grace M. Jan 1897, living in the household. Hiram Buckner Van Hooser is also in the household and listed as widowed. I think it would be a fair guess that the other female in the photo is Grace. I'll have Wayne add the photo to Peggy's story on our web site.
