Obituary: The Eldon Advertiser, March 1988 Sue Gunter Robinson, 87, of Eldon died Wednesday, March 16, 1988 at Hillside Health Care Center in Jefferson City. She was born Nov. 3, 1900 in California, Mo. to Perry D. and Agnes Dutcher Gunter. On June 20, 1920 she was married to James A. Robinson who died March, 1958. Mrs. Robinson was a lifetime resident of Eldon and was a member of the Eldon First Christian Church. Surviving her are a daughter, Mabel Smith of Alamo, Tex.; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Graveside services were held Sunday at Hawkins Cemetery near Brumley with the Rev. Ronald Crooks officiating. Burial was under the direction of Griswold-Kays Funeral Home.
