Obituary: The Eldon Advertiser, October 1988 Rose Graham, 85, of Eldon died Thursday, Oct. 6, 1988 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City. She was born March 4, 1903 at Etterville to Edward and Anna Thomas Frank. On Aug. 18, 1924 she was married in Tuscumbia to Obra C. Graham who survives at the home. Mrs. Graham lived in the Eugene community for many years. She moved to Eldon in 1976 and was a member of the Ninth Street Christian Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Bobby Graham of Eugene; two daughters, Betty Ann Winters of Overland Park, Kan. And Wanda Lou Tucker of St. Louis; a brother, Clarence Frank of Etterville; four sisters, Lillian Miller of Wichita, Kan., Cleo Peace of Tulsa, Okla., Gertie Leuthen of Eldon and Myrtle Curty of Eugene; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church with the Rev. Jerry Kilson officiating. Burial was in the Eugene Cemetery under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon. He was born Dec. 19, 1903 in Etterville to Andrew and Annie Harbison Graham. On Aug 18, 1924 he was married to Rose Ann Frank, who died Oct. 1, 1988. Mr. Graham was a retired farmer. He lived in the Eugene community for many years and served on the Eugene School Board and the Eugene Cemetery Board. He moved to Eldon in 1976. He was a member of the Ninth Street Christian Church in Eldon. Surviving hi are a son, Bobby Graham of Eugene, two daughters, Betty Ann Winters of Overland Park, Kan., and Wanda Lou Tucker of St. Louis; one sister, Lois Schlosser of Norman, Okla.; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at ______ Christian Church in Eldon with the Rev. Gary W. Baker officiating. Burial was in the Eugene Cemetery under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home in Eldon with the Rev. Jeff Mahan officiating.
