    3. According to Curry cemetery information listed online, Maude is listed as Maude A. Wall. Same stone as Mae E. Wall. It also states Maude was born 9 Oct. 1900, died 21 Aug. 1968. So this would be the same person. Any one have any idea why the headstone does not read Crismon, as it is listed in the obit.?     3. Unknown Publication, August 1968 Granville McKee, 73, Rte. 3, Dixon, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 1968, at Charles E. Still Hospital, Jefferson City, where he had been a patient six weeks and six days. Mr. McKee was born Feb. 27, 1895 at Brays in Miller County, the son of John and Sarah (Hickey) McKee. On Oct 13, 1921, at St. Elizabeth, he was married to Laura Ann Barnhart who survives. A veteran of World War I, Mr. McKee attended the Church of the Nazarene and was a member of Iberia VFW Post 6167 and a former member of the Brinktown American Legion. He was a retired farmer and in earlier years had worked for the Missouri Pacific Railroad. From 1945 to 1948 he was employed as a guard at the Missouri State Penitentiary. In addition to his wife, Mr. McKee is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Agnes Pendleton, Rte. 3, Dixon; one son, Dallas McKee, Hillsboro; two brothers, David McKee, Rte 3, Dixon, and John McKee, Rte 2, Iberia; two sisters, Mrs. Susan Pendleton, Tuscumbia, and Mrs. Hester Shelton, Granite City, Ill., seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A son, John Adam McKee, died March 25, 1945 while serving in the U.S. Navy, and a daughter died in infancy. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Church of the Nazarene, Iberia, with the Rev. Don Heltman, the Rev. Leonard Davis, and the Rev. Arthur Septer officiating. Burial was in the Pendleton Cemetery near Iberia under the direction of Stevinson Funeral Home of Iberia. Fort Leonard Wood mortuary team conducted military graveside rites. Nephews served as pallbearers.

    3. Unknown Publication, January 1969 John Samuel Stone, 85, who lived on Star Rte. Near Iberia, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 15, 1969, at the Pulaski County Memorial Hospital in Waynesville. He had been in ill health several months. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Stevinson Chapel in Iberia with the Rev. Earl Brown officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery near Crocker. Mr. Stone was born June 17, 1883 in Miller County near Iberia, the son of the late Kinsey W. and Angeline (Smith) Stone. He had been a lifetime resident of the Iberia community, and since 1910 had lived on the same farm south of Iberia. He was married Oct. 22, 1914 in Sharon Springs, Kan., to Miss Elsie L. Richards who survives at the home. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Elsie Stokes of the Hopewell community near Versailles, Mrs. Opal Slawson of Iberia, and Mrs. Lucille Shelton of Crocker; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Ethel Stone of Tuscumbia. Mr. Stone, a well known farmer in the Iberia community had also been a well driller and operated a sawmill for many years. He did custom threshing in earlier years. He was baptized into membership in the North Christian Church, later transferring his membership to the Congregational-Christian Church in Iberia. He was a former member of Iberia Lodge No. 410, AF & AM.

    3. Unknown Publication, January 1970 Thurman A. Morrow, 81, a lifetime resident of the Iberia area, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 1970 at Charles E. Still Hospital, Jefferson City. Mr. Morrow was born Dec. 28, 1888, near Iberia, the son of William W. and Atha Ann (Groves) Morrow. On April 9, 1911, he was married to Miss Mae Slawson who survives at the home. He was a member of the Mt. Gilead Congregational Christian church and a retired carpenter, having worked at Fort Leonard Wood a number of years. In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons, Lloyd Morrow of Soquel, Calif., and Carl Morrow of Ceres, Calif.; one brother, Seldon Morrow of Denver, Colo.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Stevinson Chapel with James Squires officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery near Iberia. Pallbearers were Cliff Sronce, Frank Blankenship, Glen Slawson, Loren and David Humphrey, and Bert Faber.

    3. Unknown Publication, July 1969 Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Brays Advent Christian Church near Iberia for William Guy Blankenship of Iberia. Mr. Blankenship, 57, died Thursday, July 17, 1969. He was born Oct. 6, 1911, near Iberia, the son of William Nathan and Laura Mae (Humphrey) Blankenship. On Dec. 31, 1933 he was married at Tuscumbia to Mattie Ophelia Rowden who survives. Mr. Blankenship had farmed near Iberia and worked at Fort Leonard Wood. Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Leroy and Dean of Iberia; one daughter, Mrs. Linda Harrison of Washington, D.C.; one grandson; one brother, Osby Blankenship; and two sisters, Mrs. Venice Howser of Jacksonville, and Mrs. Vivian Maley of Iberia. The Rev. Wilford David officiated at the funeral services Saturday. Burial was in the Union Cemetery under the direction of Stevinson Funeral Home of Iberia. Pallbearers were Leslie Maylee, Kenny Howser, Billie Humphrey, Earl W. Humphrey, Jackie Robertson, Dale Rowden, David Humphrey and Loren Humphrey.

    3. Unknown Publication, January 1969 Joe Lee Bond, 65, a well known carpenter, farmer and stockman in the Iberia community, died Sunday evening, Jan. 5, 1969, at Charles E. Still Hospital, Jefferson City, where he had been a patient. He previously had undergone surgery, and had been in and out of the hospital the past month. Mr. Bond was born in Miller County near Iberia on March 18, 1903, the son of the late Louis Allen and Martha Blize Bond. He was married Aug. 22, 1922, at Tuscumbia to Miss Grace Wall who survives at the home north of Iberia. He spent his lifetime in the Iberia area with the exception of two years, 1938-40, when he was in the state of California. Mr. Bond was a member of the Fairview Christian Church and a former member of the Modern Woodmen of America. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Steen of Iberia, Mrs. Beryl Miller of Tuscumbia, and Mrs. Iva Lee Hancock of Roby; nine grandchildren; one great-grandsons; three brothers, Charles, John and Jesse Bond, all of Iberia; and two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Law of Eldon and Mrs. Nettie Hensley of Ulman. His parents, three brothers (only 2 listed), Perry and George Bond; and three sisters, Miss Molly Bond, Mrs. Della Waite and Mrs. Jennie Law, preceded him in death. Funeral services for Mr. Bond were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Fairview Christian Church with the Rev. Mark Sooter officiating. Interment was in the Livingston Cemetery near Iberia under the direction of Stevinson Funeral Home of Iberia. Pallbearers were Roger Bond, George Allen Bond, Bobbie Bond, Wade Hensley, Wayne Hensley, Jasper Hensley, Bob Law and Stanley Haus.

    3. Unknown Publication, August 1968 A former resident of the Iberia area, Mrs. Cora Mae Mourton, 82, died Monday morning, August 12, 1968, in Normandy Osteopathic Hospital, St. Louis. She was born March 3, 1886, near Iberia, the daughter of John and Ruah (Smith) Malmberg. In 1909 she was married to Will L. Kee who died April 19, 1939. On Oct 10, 1053, she was married to Charles R. Mourton who preceded her in death Oct. 27, 1963. Mrs. Mourton had been living in the St. Louis are the past four years. She previously lived in St. Louis from 1942 to 1961 when she worked for the Curlee Clothing Co., retiring in 1951. She was a member of the Iberia Church of the Nazarene, having been baptized in the 1930's by the Rev. Mr. McNatt. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Mrs. Martha St. Clair and Mrs.Virgie Johnson, St. Louis, and Mrs. Lena Miller, Iberia; five sons, Claus Kee, Liberty, Ill., Dorsey Kee, Granite City, Ill., Clarence Kee, Hillsboro, Leroy Kee, St. Louis and Earl Kee, East St. Louis, Ill.; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and seven brothers, Frank, Fred and John Malmberg, all of Iberia, Everett Malmberg, Kansas City, Kan., Clyde Malmberg, Beaumont, Tex., and Claude Malmberg, Granite City, Ill. Funeral services for Mrs. Mourton were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Iberia Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Leonard Davis officiating. Burial was in Madden Cemetery near Iberia under the direction of Stevinson Funeral Home of Iberia. Pallbearers were Jake, Randy and Bob Malmberg, Richard Miller, Billy Kee, Steven Brendell and Delbert Machon.

Mr. Dickerson was born Nov.12, 1982 near Iberia, the son of John E. and Rebecca Phillips Dickerson. He was married Oct. 2, 1909 in Iberia to Marcia Mae Gardner who preceded him in death Dec. 22, 1966. Mr. Dickerson was a member of the Crocker Presbyterian Church and a former member of the Iberia Congregational Christian Church. He had been a member of the Modern Woodmen and the Odd Fellows Lodge. Surviving are four daughters, Miss Sydney Dickerson of Ferguson, Mrs. Reba Muckler and Mrs. Lucille Hackett of St. Louis, and Mrs. Ellen Carlstrom of Crestwood; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Stevinson Chapel in Iberia with the Rev. Robert Bullard officiating. Interment was in the Iberia Cemetery. Pallbearers were Frank Dickerson, Patrick Hackett, Tom Hackett, Jerry Hackett, Ricky Carlstrom and Dewey Carlstrom.

Mrs. Crismon, 52, died Sunday, June 7, 1970 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She had lived in the Tulsa area the last 30 years. She was born June 2, 1918 at Iberia, the daughter of Nathan and Katie (Maylee) Palmer. In 1936 she was married at Tuscumbia to Morris L. Crismon who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Miss Virginia I. Crismon, Miss Sharon J. Crismon, and Mrs. Karen D. Massey, all of Tulsa; her mother, Mrs. Katie Palmer, Rte 3, Dixon; one brother, Alvis Palmer of Tulsa; and three sisters, Mrs. Marie Van Kirk of Muskogee, Okla., and Mrs. Irene Skaggs and Mrs. Elizabeth Colvin of Iberia. The Rev. Ray McClary officiated at the funeral services. Burial was in the Lawson Cemetery near Iberia.
