I reviewed the list of surnames... and then there is a note of "additional" information.. What is that list.. as some refer to a marriage, others to incompetent, etc... Does that mean there was a change in some will or perhaps the filing of a will because of a pending marriage? Also what years does this include? I am related to so many on that list, that it would be cheaper for me to take a trip to Miller Co. and research in person.. RUSSELL, SLOAN, SLONE, MILLER, BOYD, CLARK, ALEXANDER, uncle by marriage DAVIV L. VINEYARD, all MOSSes, Lizzie SHACKELFORD was my grandmother's sister, Laura (Russell) Capler was my great aunt, etc.. and Thanks to whomever put this together.. what an awesome website.. and what a lot of work.. We have original Miller County probate records at the Miller County Historical Society Museum. A full list is on our new web site www.millercountymuseum.org on the "Library" page. If you find one there that you want, we can copy them and mail them to you. The charge will be 25 cents per page to copy and $5 postage and handling for up to 20 pages. If there are more pages, we will naturally have to charge more. I am going to the museum on Tuesday and will count the pages each person requests then notify individuals of that charge. We are requesting payment in advance and will mail the documents as soon as payment is received.
