The marriage book published by the Mercer Co., Missouri Gen. Soc. does give the marriage date as 11-Aug-1903. The supplement to the Wayne Co., Iowa cemetery book page 43 Evergreen Cemetery, Lineville, Iowa as follows MOORE, Blanche E. 1904 Mother Flute C. 1899 Father Parents of C. Keith, Celia E., Norman R. This is supposed to be taken right from the stone. I have no way of knowing but one possibility could be that Flute was born while Douglas was still married to Mary Rachel Hubbs, sister to Zona Hubbs. Mary Rachel died 7-July-1903 and he married Zona (her sister) 11-August-1903 (4) weeks later. JJ
