Mo. list only one BULLARD, Daniel Your EMMA may be Emma Roseanna Bullard. I am certain my list is constructed from IGI so am not listing. But will off line. Delighted to hear from you. Everyone working together will help us find new information & share it. I have not seen the Johnson Co. book. I am pretty sure of the spelling of Emmarinzina Bullard Duval as we have letters from her in her own handwriting and signatures for legal documents. Granted, even then, there are variations. Emma & Lewis Duval went to California in the Gold Rush & settled near what is now Sebastopol. A few years ago, I was contacted by one of their heirs who wanted to send their letters "home" to McDonald Co. to a safe place. I helped get them placed in the McDonald County library, made copies for public use and transcribed the letters from copperplate to MS-word. It is fascinating to read "real time" accounts of events before, during and after the Civil War. These are lengthy documents and I would be happy to send them either to this site or individually (which ever is best for this link.) In your other message, you refer to the rich history here, but I wasn't clear about where you recommended we go to read further. This site? Also, I hate to be thick, but what is "IGI?"
