I have already checked their obit index & didn't find Billie's name. It is unlikely she died in the McDonald Co. area if her obit isn't there. There are three Timberlakes mentioned in the index. Billie isn't one of them unless her real name was Thelma. As I suggested earlier, some of their obits might mention Billie. Full texts can be obtained from the library. Ginger Blue Resort was on Elk River between Lanagan & Noel. Bosky Dell was a small cabin resort that was once on Indian Creek. There was also a place called Riverside Inn on Elk River between Pineville & Noel. I don't recall any circus performers who lived in the area. Several carnival people lived near the Longview community in NE part of the county, pretty far from Noel.
