I am searching for information on the VEST family that lived in the McDonald County area, around the time line of 1860 to1900 , May still be some in the area . I belive they are my VEST family ,and would love to know anything , anyone may have one the family line. Charles VEST that lived in the area may be my Grandfather, but I need more information on him and his family to confirm. My brother Charles VEST , has taken a DNA test , maybe someone in The McDonald Co. VEST line has or will take one also . Hi, I have a James Charles Vest in my records(My wife was a Vest). Born Jan 1868 in Lyon County, Kentucky. Died in 29 Jun 1929 in McDonald County. I this your Vest. I would be interested in sharing information with you. I am not aware of any males connected with that line that have taken the DNA test. Also from what I have found, the Charles in my line never married.
