The South half of lot numbered two, of the Southwest fractional quarter of section seven in Township Twenty three of Range thirty, containing forty six acres and twenty hundredths of an acre, together with all my freehold estate whatever, to hold to her the said Evaline Bullard, wife of my son, James W. Bullard of the County and State aforesaid, and their lawful heirs forever and lastly as to all the rest, residue, and remainder of my personal estate, goods and chattles of what kind and nature whatsoe! ver, I give and bequeath to my daughter in law Evaline Bullard, wife of my son James W.
