Keep in mind that before the removal, the five civilized tribes were in the southeast. Try the spelling Tyner. Google search Choctaw Tiner/Tyner but don't specify Oklahoma until you've done it the other way or you might miss it. Also go to NARA Native American Choctaw Rolls/Tiner.
