I'm afraid I have no information to add to what you already know. I have researched Jeff Small Bacon because he was a brother to my great-grandfather James Hinton Bacon. I know very little about Jeff's farm, and nothing at all about Mr. Denny. If you will contact me off line, I'll give you the names and addresses of some of Jeff's descendants that I have. One of them may be able to help you. Judy Germann [email protected] ########## Message Board Post: My GGGrandfather Henry W. Denny died in MO and is buried in the Clifty Cemetary without a headstone. Thanks to a generous fellow genealogist Bob Watson and his family, I found out that the grave is marked with a stone I beleive toward the entrance. He lived on the Bacon Farm and worked for a Ramsey I believe. I am looking for any stories on "Old Man Denny" from between 1900 to 1934 when he passed away. I have his death cert but it doesn't give much info. I found out that Henry was friends with the Watson Family also and after many years of dead ends I finally have a little to go on again. Please ask any old relatives from this area if they remember him. My family would be forever thankful to any good semaritains that can give us one more small piece to our puzzle. Please feel free to contact me. Bill Honsa [email protected] I also would like to speak to Judy Germann on Jeff Small Bacon as far as we know this is the farm Henry lived on. Thank you in advance. I live in Mi! lwaukee and would be willing to help someone with their legwork in Wisconsin. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
