NC. His son Jefferson, my 3rd great grandfather, moved to Henry Co. VA where he married in the early 1820s. In 1850 I found Jefferson and his wife in Henry Co., with several children. Apparently she died in a couple of years, as he went to Gasconade Co. MO in the early 1850s where he got a land grant. By 1860 he had a new,younger wife and more children..
