I am trying to find information on my grgrgrandmother Matilda Jane Carter b/ 1849. She m. James Clark Roberson and had children which one of them was named william L. O. Roberson. It seems that these families carry these names on down the line. It apparently came from the Carters. If you should happen to have any info on Matilda Jane I would sure appreciate it.
