She is survived by her parents, Fred and Patricia Hill; sister, Kelley Hill; and niece Kennedy Michelle. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Reeves Funeral Home chapel in Hope Mills. Donations are in memory of Erin, in honor of her niece, Kennedy Michelle, as well as other children and families affected by brachial plexus injuries.
