She was a resident of the Soldier's Home in St. James, MO. According to info on the certificate, she was the daughter of O. M. Tipton and Nellie Crolley. Her husband was Edward Lavan. Zettie Atkins married Edward Lavan 6 Jul 1942. Marriage certificate says she was 68 yrs old and Edward was 66. I probably could get copy of marriage if you need.
