Beginning in Pendleton Dist. S.c. in the 1800's persons with those names were neighbors and sometimes married in the others families. Several men named Reeves married ladies named Thompson. In my case my great great grandfather was Thompson Reeves. I have not been able to prove his parents. I feel it is a considerable liklihood his mother may have been a Thompson. Do any of you have feedback on these lines for Reeves and Thompson? I would be glad to give you what I know.
