Wanda-- I am sending you a picture of it from Google Earth by email, since we can't do attachments here, I don't think. It is just barely, barely on the Maries County side of the county line. I have the longitude and latitude if I can figure out how to type the notation. Melinda On Jun 9, 2010, at 7:38 PM, Nancy W wrote: This was posted on genealogy.com some time ago. Go to W 4th Street in Dixon (Hwy 3) and take it out of town over the "dips" (hills in the road) and continue past Hwy 133 that turns to the right. Now you will be on Hwy 133 N. Go past Cameron Drive and turn right onto Crest Road (gravel road about 1.5-2 miles past 133 turnoff). Follow the gravel road about 1 mile or so until you see the white church and cemetery. If you have problems, anyone in Dixon can help. > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Date: Wed, 9 Jun 2010 18:12:53 -0500 > Subject: [MOMARIES] Seaton Cemetery; Pulaski Co or Maries Co > > Maries Co, MO has Seaton Cemetery listed in "Cemeteries of Maries Co". > Pulaski Co, MO also has a Seaton Cemetery in their Cemetery Book, > "Tombstone > Inscriptions of Pulaski Co, MO. I am looking now at a MODOT county map and it shows the county line running with the Maries Rd CRD638. So if it is on Crest Rd before it intersects with Maries Rd, it is still in Pulaski Co. Please send longitude and latitude so findagrave can have maps added. I sure wish the online maps included county lines. > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Date: Wed, 9 Jun 2010 19:47:38 -0500 > Subject: Re: [MOMARIES] Seaton Cemetery; Pulaski Co or Maries Co > > Wanda-- > I am sending you a picture of it from Google Earth by email, since we > can't do attachments here, I don't think.
