Dear DeVere Whitaker: I would like to thank you for your time and generosity in providing another site and source for all of us to partake and enjoy another piece of history.....Although there may not be any famliy of mine on the new site, I will visit it just to read about the historical moments. I was never a very good student in my youth with respect to history as it was so dull, just dates and events.....since I began my trek to find my ancestors, I have learned more about history of the United States, its people, land and wars than I ever dreamed because now its real, there are faces of people and their lives are entwined and that matters alot.........
