    3. Dad was 8 when the photo was taken, & that's how old he was when his dad passed away. Seems like they were living in either St. Albans or Allenton when Grandpa died. So I think both of those little towns MIGHT be considered St. Louis County. I know Allenton is, but not sure of St. Albans. But then again...Allenton might have been Franklin at that time! I know Eureka stretched out to claim all those almighty tax dollars. Soon little Allenton will no longer exist.It will be Wiped away like St. Albans! The year would have been around 1925.
