The Westphalia carpenter had been ill about a year. Mr. Fennewald was born in Westphalia on Sept. 1., 1919, son of Mr and Mrs Andrew B. Fennewald. His father survives. Other survivors include three brothers, Walter of Tucson, Ariz., Joseph of St. Louis and William of Farmington, Mo. He was a World War II veteran and a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Westphalia. There he was a member of the Young Men's Sodality and Knights of Columbus. He also was a member of the American Legion Post No. 554, Westphalia. Services were conducted at the Catholic church there Monday with the Rev. Michael Knecht officiating.
