Father Wilberding for quite some time, passed away on October 23, shortly after lunch as she was carrying dishes to the kitchen. Father heard the crash of dishes, went in to see what happened and found her on the floor. She was very well liked by everyone in Meta. Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 26 at the St. Elizabeth Church at Eldorado Springs. Rev. J.J. Wilberding officiated. Interment was in the Eldorado Springs Cemetery.
