COTTINGHAM DIES AT NORMANDY; RITES YESTERDAY Funeral services were conducted yesterday for Dr. James M. Cottingham who died Sunday at the Normandy Osteopathic Hospital in St. Louis. Dr. Cottingham had practiced in Vienna from 1929 to 1942 and in Valley Park for the past 17 years. He had also practiced in Rolla, Salem and St. James. He was born in Miami County, Indiana, on May 27, 1905, and was 54 years of age at the time of his death. Dr. Cottingham was a member of the Gardenville Masonic Lodge No. 655, of the American Osteophathic Association, of the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, and was a member of the Christian Church. He graduated from Kirksville Ostoepathic(sic) College in 1929.
