Colonel Thomas Cable, Jr., of Crocker, was born on June 19, 1973 at Columbia, to Colonel Thomas Cable, Sr. and Dorothy Vogt Cable and died Saturday, May 22, 1999 at Fort Leonard Wood. He is survived by his parents, Colonel Thomas, Sr. and Dorothy Cable of Crocker; brother Benjamin and wife Jessica of Eldon; grandparents Shirley and Harold Greer of Waynesville; Reed Cable of Milton, Ken.; and Mary Mycoff of Underwood, Ind.; niece and nephews, Kristin, Austin and Kaleb, special friend Mary Shirley, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. Pallbearers were Chris Crews, Chad Smith, Ian Miller, Matt Shirey, Jake Shirey and Jason Wilson. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, May 25, 1999 at Long Funeral Home in Crocker. Burial was in Crocker Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Cards are available at Long Funeral Home, Crocker.
