I am researching Solomon Copeland who married Mary J. Butts 1861 in Dent Co, MO. They had 4 children that I know of: William Grant b. 1863, John, Dora, and Della. William is my grandfather. Family history has it that Solomon died when William was still young and that Mary remarried. I have no proof of this. By 1880 William was living in Texas and the other children were either in TX or OK. If anyone has info on this family, please respond.
