Melinda, My uncle Monroe "Roe" Whitaker married Lou Shelton and they moved to Granite City, Illinois. They had a daughter named Eula. I'm sure she is the one. One of Roe's grandchildren is researching the Shelton-Whitaker line over there in Granite City. I have misplaced her email address.
