INFANT ELIJAH MICHAEL STEEN Elijah Michael Steen of Lake Ozark, was born on June 17, 1999, a son of Terry Alan Larkins and Tonya Elaine Steen, and departed this life at 2:23 p.m., Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 27, 1999, at the Lake Ozark General Hospital in Osage Beach. He had attained the age of 4 months and 10 days. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents George and Dorothy Green. Those left to mourn the passing of Elijah include: his parents, Terry Larkins and Tonya Steen of Lake Ozark; one brother, Ethan Steen and one sister, Erika Steen, both of the home; paternal grandparents, Norman and Susan Larkins of Richland; maternal grandmother, Margie Steen of Crocker; and paternal great-grandmother, Beverly Babnaw of Taylor, MI. Funeral services were conducted for Elijah at 2:00 p.m., on Monday afternoon, Nov. 1, 1999, in the Crocker Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes with Rev. Kenneth Sullins, pastor of Hawkeye Baptist Church, officiating. "In The Garden", "Amazing Grace" and "Stairway To Heaven" were sung for the funeral service. Interment was in the Dixon Cemetery under the direction of the Crocker Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes. Honorary pallbearers were Sean Larkins, Joel Larkins, Andrew Larkins, Stephen Larkins, Joseph Larkins and Jacob Shirley. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Elijah Steen Memorial Fund with envelopes available at the Crocker Office of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.
