SERVICES SATURDAY FOR WALTER ZINN February 1 Injuries Prove Fatal to Former Belle Business Man Funeral Services for Walter Zinn, 59, are to be conducted at 1 o'clock, Saturday afternoon, at the Christian Church at Belle. Mr. Zinn died at 9:15 o'clock, Wednesday morning, Feb. 19, in a hospital at St. Charles, of injuries sustained February 1 when a scaffold broke causing him to fall 50 feet on the walk below. A stone mason, he was finishing work on the chapel addition to the Catholic Church there when a large stone fell on the scaffold causing it to break. He sustained back and head injuries in the fall and last week he developed pneumonia. The Zinn family lived at Belle for several years prior to about 13 years ago. They operated a restaurant at Belle for a time and he was a member of the board of education. They made St. Louis their home. Survivors include his wife, Edna; three children, Mrs. Marie Franklin of Illinois, Mrs. Geraldine Tooms and Forest Zinn of St. Louis. He was a son-in-law of Mr and Mrs John Lorts of Belle.
