She had undergone an operation for cancer of the liver about three months ago. Mrs. Albertson was the daughter of J.R. and R.E. Vanderpool. She was united in marriage to Peter Albertson in 1907. They made their home at Vienna before moving to Ypsilanti, Mich. She is survived by the following children: John Albertson of Ypsilanti, Mich., Mrs. Lola Smith of Bryan, Ohio, Beulah Terwilliger of Manhatten, Mich., twins Virgie and Virgil of Ypsilanti, Mrs Amanda Smith of Pineville, Ark.; six step-children; six grandchildren; one brother, G.A. Vanderpool of Salem, Ark; one sister, Mrs Gertrude Shockley of Vienna and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Opal, who died several years ago. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at Bryan with the Rev. G. T. Nevin officiating.
