I bequeath my soul to God and my body to the Earth whence it was taken. 2nd. That my body be buried in a christian like manner And my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid. 3rd. And in consideration of what I have heretofore done or given to my son Linsey G. B. Roberson and the sum of one dollar I will and bequeath to him. 4th. And to my son William Roberson in consideration of what I have heretofore done for him and the further sum of one dollar I will and bequeath to him. 5th. And my son L. D. Roberson In consideration of what I have heretofore done for him and the further sum of one dollar I will and bequeath to him. 6th. And after all debts and administration expenses be paid I will and bequeath to my daughter Martha Ann Roberson and my daughter Elizabeth Roberson and James M. Roberson my grandson all my personal property with all household property money and debts due me. I hereby will and bequeath to the said Martha Ann Roberson Elizabeth Roberson and James M. Roberson to be equally divide share and share alike and I hereby appoint David Fulkerson my Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me. In witness whereof I hereby set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. O. Holmes, Judge of the Probate Court, held in and for the County and State aforesaid, personally appeared Lewis Frey, Jacob Fulkerson and B. P. Hutchson who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed Will of Stephen Roberson deceased, and being by me first duly sworn, depose and say that the said Stephen Roberson the testator, subscribed the same in their presence, and published and declared said Will or Instrument of Writing to be his last Will and Testament, and at the time of signing the same he, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponent attested said will as witness thereto, by subscribing their name to the same in the presence of the testator, and of each other and at the request of the said testator.
