Msgr. Wm. Fisher, officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery there with Morton's Service in charge of arrangements. Mr. Dill died at 3:40 p.m. at Rich Fountain, a son of George and Johanna Dill, nee Koerber. He married Miss Mary Struemph at Frankenstein in October, 1905. He had lived in the Luystown and Frankenstein communities since 1904. He had retired from farming and blacksmithing. Survivors include his wife, Mary, 78, the son, Leo Dill of Chamois; a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Kottman of Overland; two brothers, John Dill of Vienna and Henry Dill of Rich Fountain; three sisters, Mrs. Pete Schnitzler of Linn, Mrs Bernedine Poettgen of Freeburg, Mrs Mary Pohl of Wasco, Calif. 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
