She was born October 25, 1952 in Jefferson City, a daughter of Dorothy Massman, Argyle and the late Albert Massman. She was married to Victor Welschmeyer who survives in Columbia. Other survivors include: one son, Timothy Welschmeyer, San Diego, Calif.; one daughter, Vicky Seffer, Holts Summit; three brothers, Gene Massman, Loose Creek, Dale Massman, Argyle, Dennis Massman, Holts Summit; three sisters, Nancy Tomberlin, Topeka, Kansas, Helen Bax, Loose Creek, Connie Buhr, Bonnots Mill. Private services will be held at St. Aloysius Church, Argyle. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Mother Dorothy Massman, Argyle.
