In the Maries County Marriage Book E, there is a marriage for: Clara M. Pendleton to Charles Green, 1908. Also one for Charlsey Pendleton to Wilburn Green in 1916. Could your Charlsie be named for her? My index only has the year, so you'd have to write to the courthouse to get a copy of the record which would give you month and day.
