"Pink" Barnhart, well known and respected farmer of the Vancleve, Maries county, community, passed away at his home Friday, Dec.20, at the age of 78 years, following a lingering illness. He leaves to mourn, his widow, five sons, Lohman of near Meta, Adam of Chilhowee, Isaac of Meyerstown, Chas. of Venus, and Zephna of Vancleve; four daughters, Velva Lawson of Meyerstown, Daisy Copeland of near Vienna, Leona Schuelen and Iva Wilson of Vancleve; one brother, Dave Barnhart of Vancleve, and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
