William Joel KERR, a brother to my grandmother Cora May KERR, is supposed to be buried in Purcell, MO. I don't know which Cem. His second marriage to Agnes P. MILLER was in Warsaw, MO. 1 JULY 1920. He died 25 FEB 1920 in Alba, MO. Does anyone out there live close to Purcell, MO and could look for "uncle Willy's grave" for me, jot down the info? Thank you. Is it possible to get a copy of the picture that has Jesse in it? Depending on the year, it could be my dad. Thanks Cindy

It mentions Prudence Breeding marrying Wm. Jarvis of Pulaski Co. Vol.II picture of Blanche Jarvis ,Jesse Jarvis,Dora Jarvis,Lon Pearon(Vol.I) page and pic on Laura Jarvis family, and a page and pic on Richard and joyce Jarvis Family (volII). Cindy and others, remember, these books by the Historical society. are a spiders web of connections. You cannot just look at the surnames, cause the females marry and take another name . And sure as daylight, there will be a BIG portrait of that relative with a married name! After 8 years of research in these books ,I am still finding new relatives. Its funny, but I go to Vienna twice a year. Call it a Pilgrimage. I visit and care for the graves. But on the corner of 63 hwy. is a nice little diner named Salleys. On one visit I sat down with 5 old timers, and told them I was Patrick Kerr's (b. 1830) great grandson. They "ALL SAID, WE ARE TOO!". That says it all. THANKS!!! Looks like a book I have to get. Still trying to make connections, but think James T. Prewett is the one. If so, you've just given me and my family a gold mine! Steve, What is this picture book and what era does it cover? My Great Grandmother (a Prewett) is supposed to have been born in Maries Co in 1864. May be some connection to a James T. Prewett, but I'm still looking for her origins before her marriage to my Great Grandfather in Dixon. Are there any Prewett pictures???
