--------- Forwarded message ---------- From: "Rick & Sharon Bettis" <eagles73@charter.net> I am not sure of any connection to George L. Brown, only that on December 25, 1889 he gave his wife a large leather bible. Does any one have information that could help me. I don't have her name. Only that for some reason this bible is in the family. Sharon Duke Bettis ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! (Sarah a 2nd wife) Zachariahs & Sarah's son, Alonzo, would be a half brother to my g grandfather, Abel German. Havent been able to find out Zachariah's father - probably died in NY before Zachariah moved to Mo. Was hoping to locate a descendant of Alonzo that might have some information ....... I think the Maries County newspaper is missing for Zachariahs death - August 1880 ...... Thanks for any help and I'll let you know if the info comes through >
