    3. I am looking now at a MODOT county map and it shows the county line running with the Maries Rd CRD638. So if it is on Crest Rd before it intersects with Maries Rd, it is still in Pulaski Co. Please send longitude and latitude so findagrave can have maps added. I sure wish the online maps included county lines. > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Date: Wed, 9 Jun 2010 19:47:38 -0500 > Subject: Re: [MOMARIES] Seaton Cemetery; Pulaski Co or Maries Co > > Wanda-- > I am sending you a picture of it from Google Earth by email, since we > can't do attachments here, I don't think. 2. Stephen Pipitone
    3. Hello, I am looking to get a copy of the account book of William E. Hawkins that ran the High Grove Store. William Hawkins and his wife Permilia are buried in the Dillon Cemetery, near Safe Missouri. William Hawkins died on Feb 14, 1851 and his wife died on October 22, 1848. From what I have been told the book had been passed down through the generations and the last person to have the book was Everett Dillon (Great-Grandson of William Hawkins). Everett died on Dec 2, 1948 and is also buried in the Dillon cemetery. The Account book covers a time span from 1836 through 1850 or 1851. I would gladly pay for a photo copy. I hope someone can help!!! Stephen Pipitone [email protected]

    3. Hi Meg, Shirley here. I am looking for the location and parents of the J.F.Morris shown below. I was told this was the same person as the Ambrose, J.F. -- aside from the fact that the surname is not the same -- there are two completely different graves and two completely different headstones - each as shown below -- in the Jones Cemetery, Carroll County, AR. Do you have any idea if this J.F. Morris could be related to the Morris family of Maries County, MO? I found a Morris family in the vicinity of Carroll County, AR but no connection to this one. It sounds like it could be native american. I have an ancestor that lived up in the dry creek area that tradition has was an indian, but no one agrees what tribe or if she was half or full, etc. Her last name was Dill. I figure she must have been at least half because her daughter, who was my great great grandmother, looked like a indian princess in her younger pictures and when she was old, she really looked like an Indian. My mother remembers her well. But actually finding proof or clues whatsoever in the census or other recorded documentation has thus far proved impossible. I cannot find Young Blood Morris on the census as a child, nor after the 1880 census. Perhaps they moved west or down to Oklahoma during the land runs for that is where their daughter Isabella wound up. I do not know if Blood is a middle name or if it was a surname. I have attempted to locate her on the census by searching both under Young which seems to be a name used almostly exclusively for boys, and as a surname Blood, but cannot find a girl that meets the qualifications for age and place of birth.
