Seeking descendants of Adenstone Rogers who first appears on land entries in 1806 and 1811 in the LA/MO Territory. A book stated that Adenstone had a son Isaac. I have found a marriage for Isaac in 1829 to Mahala Brown in St. Francois. However, the couple are enumerated on the 1830 Madison Co MO census. Isaac is supposed to have had sons named--Frances and Washington. Isaac also appears to have served in the War of 1812 and he received land for service. I assume that he stayed in Madison Co. MO. This family is said to date back to the Goochland Co.VA Rogers family of Adenstone Rogers. Would like to get in touch with the descendants. Eleanor
