Dear List, many of you have emailed to me personally over the last few years, so I think it prudent to tell everybody that I am moving to Indianapolis, In. This email account is supposed to shut down tomorrow, and I have yet to begin anew. Thank you all of your help and correspondence over the last few years, it has meant a lot to me.
