I have been searching for what seems like forever in hopes of locating any information on Miles Thompson, b. June 12, 1830, in Tennessee (according to 1880 German Twp, Madison Co. census) d., July 11, 1900. Have seen that he fought in Civil War with the 47th Cavalry. Married Mary Myers in 1856.
