The date is wrong.. Probably 1822 or earlier? No way of knowing and correcting at moment. If you find info and it has the dates.. let me know & I will correct this book. If you have a land patent for 1802.. then this is definate typo.. I will put a copy of your note in the book... to verify the change to 1802. Thanks for the info.
