He was born in 1804 and died 1874. He was married to Phebe Greenstreet in Kentucky. They moved to Missouri in 1835. He is said to be the first settler in Valley Township. I know he was born in Virginia but just don't know where in Virginia. I have visited his grave and some other ancestors graves but just haven't been able to get past him.
