W. Summers Admin. of the estate of my husband Decd. Joseph Summers and hereby wave my right to administer said estate witness my hand this May 13th 1882 Mary Summers, x her mark attest: Charles C. Pierce ======= ADMINISTRATOR’S BOND We, Robert W. Summers as Principal, and W. J. Summers, W. B. Summers, J. A. Summers, Wm L. Brammer & C. C. Pierce as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the sum of five thousand dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated at Macon in the state aforesaid, this 13th day of May A.D. 1882. The condition of the above Bond is that if the said Robert W. Summers Administrator of the Estate of Joseph Summers deceased, shall faithfully administer said Estate, account for, pay and deliver all money and property of said Estate, and perform all other things touching said administration, required by law or the order or decree of any Court having jurisdiction, then the above Bond to be void--otherwise to remain in full force and effect. D. 1882, leaving as his heirs: The heirs of Celia Jane Morrow, to wit: Martha J, William J, Joseph S., Mary A., John, Nancy M., Minerva, George, Green, & Melcena Morrow, W. J. Summers, The heirs of Sarah White to wit: Martha B. Louisa A., Nannie, and Mary White, Mary Ramsey, Martha Lombard, Robert W. Summers, James A.
