On marriage and son's death certificate name is Belinda) and family. She married Wm Henry Bate in 1846 in Lewis Co. MO. Their 1st son William Henry Bate was born in Lewis Co. in 1847. I lose track of family until 1862 in Livingston Co., MO. Malinda remarried in 1862 in Livingston Co. to Lafayette Carlyle. I have seen on line that Malinda's father was William H Case who died 1848 in Lewis Co. Also online, Malinda had a sister Elizabeth who married William Jackson. I have not been able to find any information on William H. Case. Both Malinda and Elizabeth were born abt 1828 in KY. On the 1880 census Elizabeth lists parents as born in KY. Thank you
