Some patients from the early years I would only have the admission and discharge dates and admitting diagnoses. From the 30's and 40's on I would have on microfilm. To get the records we need a release of information signed by the person if still living, If deceased the executor of the will or next of kin. I can send a release to anyone who requests one.
