Hi all! I have available, the records my Grandfather, Rev. F. C. Medearis of Burden, KS.& Carthage, MO., kept of the weddings and funerals he officiated in Cowley Co. KS area, and the areas around Carthage, Duenweg, Webb City, etc. in Jasper Co. MO. There were a few in Lawrence Co. MO and Greene Co. MO, as well. These cover dates between Nov. Dec. 03, 1912 and Dec. 06, 1962. He was a Baptist minister. Hello Wilma, Thank you for the offer of look ups. I am trying to find marriages for my Gates line. They were in Lawrence county MO from about mid 1850's through the end of the civil war. Some went to Randolph Co AR, but others just plain disappeared and I believe may have relocated to KS. I know the dates are not much to go on, but if you should run across them I would appreciate it!
