I've looked through all of the marriage records I have through 1924, and I do not find the Plater name anywhere else. And I have looked at the cemetery books that I have of the northern part of Lawrence Co. and I do not see the Plater name in any of them. Have you had any family that migrated to Beaver Co., Oklahoma? My maternal grandfather, Marion Dee Hunt and his first wife, Nellie Allen, migrated to Beaver Co. in the early 1900s, where Nellie died in childbirth in 1904. Grandpa didn't stay long in Beaver Co. before returning to Lawrence Co. He had a cousin, Joseph Alex Hunt, who was also in Beaver Co. and I think that some others from Lawrence Co. went there also. Someday I would like to do some research on that. Lynda
