This makes their life seem more real than just a census record. It was a big funeral for Halltown. Mom remembers Morris Wilkerson and said that he did grown up with my Dad, John A. Stewart. You may recognize some of the names on Grandma's book since a lot of them grew up with Dad and therefore your Dad. The Halltown High School burned some time after 1936...not sure when, but it was before I started school in Halltown in about 1950. It was gone by then and the foundation not even there.
