Pat, Bedford is a municipal/political township in Lincoln County. Lincoln Co. is on the Mississippi River just north of St. Charles Co. which is just north of St. Louis. Bedford was one of the original townships of Lincoln County in the southwest part of the county. Newer townships were formed from it.
