It opened a whole new line of research for me, and who knows, maybe I'll find some family I didn't even know to look for. I have a gr, gr grand-father who was in Missouri in the 1860s, but he then moved to Washington state. Perhaps there is family that stayed. It'll be fun to see what I can find. I'm especially intrigued by the timeframe you suggested, Dale. It's late enough, there ought to records. Yeah! And Gloria, I haven't done any work at all on my Killians, but I guess it is time to start. About all I know is that they ended up in Washington state.
